MedReady MR-357 Medication Dispenser with Cell Modem, with Flashing Light
The MedReady MR-357 Medication Dispenser with Cell Modem provides medication management features to simplify daily compliance. When connected to the Internet through a cellular network, MedReady is remotely accessible. Cgivers can log into a secure website and make changes to the dispenser from anywhere. MedReady models come standard with an audible alarm. This buzzing alarm sounds when it's time for the patient to take medication. Models that include a flashing light also provide visual alarms. When the door on the dispenser is opened, the alarm stops sounding/flashing. Only the most recent medication dose is available. The tray rotates to the next dose when the alarm sounds. If a patient misses a dose, the dispenser denies access to the dose. If the alarm is not interrupted after 30 minutes (factory setting), MedReady alerts the cgiver via text, email, and calls. Alerts also sent when the tray fails to rotate or when power has been out for 24 hours. The dispenser comes with a removeable tray with 28 compartments that hold up to four pills. The dispenser is protected by a lock, so no one can tamper with doses. Whether it's setting the time of day, setting the alarms, triggering early doses, setting vacation mode, or changing notifications, all of these changes can be made through the web portal. The portal also shows the compliance log. Every day, MedReady reports scheduled and taken medications for the past 24 hours. The MR-357 communicates via GSM technology. It comes with a SIM card, and once it is activated, the dispenser connects to MedReady's servers. MedReady uses AC power, but in the event of a power outage, it switches to the included rechargeable battery. CONTENTS: Medication Dispenser, Tray, Locking Lid, (2) Keys, AC Adapter, Battery.
